The Etowah Ballroom
The Etowah Ballroom, with almost 13,000 square feet, comfortably hosts up to 1,000 people in a banquet setting, and more than 1,400 people for a reception. It offers wired and wireless connectivity, drop down projection systems and five large-format screens.
The ballroom has proven a favorite for trade shows with 22′ ceilings and a retractable exterior door allowing for easy set-up, breakdown, and display of vehicles and other large items.
The ballroom is divisible into four separate spaces, making a dozen different configurations possible.
Carter Hall, a 300 fixed-seat auditorium, is ideal for lectures, public forums, intimate performances, fashion shows, award presentations, and general sessions for conference attendees.
Numbered seating allows for ticketed events to provide reserved seating. Amenities include built-in audio visual components, a large-format screen, wired and wireless Internet, dual lecterns and a green room for presenters.
All events at the Clarence Brown Conference Center feel somewhat grand with the warm, yet sophisticated decor. More than 3,000 sq. ft. of multi-function space allows your guests the flexibility of social pre-function gatherings and enhances events with a comforting space to enjoy breaks, casual lunches and more.The space includes a coat check, ticket box office and concessions area for event sales. Or, give your guests a little fresh air by combining your event in Etowah Ballrooms I and II with 5,000 sq.ft. of beautifully landscaped gardens in the adjacent Cass Courtyard. We think meetings are more successful when our beautiful north Georgia sunshine is added.
This 3,000 sq. ft. hall can be utilized as meeting or banquet venue for up to 300 guests. The room divides into three spaces, each with drop-down projection systems and wired podiums. And, with enhanced electrical capacity, it is often used as additional exhibit space for trade shows.
The Clarence Brown Conference Center classrooms are equipped with SMART™ Boards, wired podiums, ergonomic seating and a variety of desk options.

The Executive Boardroom supports executive level meetings in a high-tech, secure environment. Offering videoconferencing over IP, the room seats 20 at the executive board table with data and electrical outlets, while 10 additional seats accommodate briefings for up to 30 people. Adjacent kitchen and restroom facilities assure client privacy.
The 300+ seat amphitheater is perfect for concerts, weddings and other outdoor events.

Parking & More
Parking is never a nightmare because the Clarence Brown Conference Center offers 535 secure parking spaces at no charge. The grounds include a one-acre flat lawn which is popular for team-building exercises, trade show lawn and garden events and recreational uses.
